I’ve been a client of BMW Meridian for over 15 years and have had exceptional service in the past. Recently, I made an appointment for regular warranty service and was there for 2 hours for minimal service. I thought I had an appointment but the waiting room was filled, as well as the showroom. Also, the waiting room was not clean. Service tech brought me the wrong key fob.

I have had nothing less than Amazing service since day one. From the moment I walk in the door until I exit, every one that I come in contact with is more than pleasant to either greet you or service you. I have never experienced a visit where either one of the reps were in a foul mood or was unpleasant to give good service. The waiting time has never been unreasonable but if there will be a delay I’m always given notice ahead of time. My vehicle is always running super when it’s returned to me and the service department has cleaned it up, inside and out, immaculately. So, with that being said, BMW of Meridian is number one with me.

BMW of Meridian has taken great care of me since moving to the area. I trusted them with my M3, and when time came traded into them, and picked up my CPO x3 M40i. The sales staff is top notch, and the service department is the only one I trust in the area. If you have a BMW, or are looking to get into a BMW, the folks at BMW of Meridian will take amazing care of you from start to finish.

So far the service has been excellent. Fixed everything I brought it in for. Only grip, I wasn't offered a loaner car for an issue that took 3 days to fix. I was very disappointed. Never had that problem at any other BMW dealership. And the excuse they used was because I didn't purchase my car there, I wasn't given a loaner. Pathetic coming from a BMW dealership. They lost a lot of points with me. But for some reason I'm not surprised due to the location. Very pathetic.

I am usually an extremely satisfied customer but this last visit has left me frustrated. This is my third visit to express a noise that I have been hearing and I was told twice there is nothing detectable. But this week, and the third visit there is a suggestion of now two major areas to repair with a total of over $8,800.00 with no warranty although this has been an ongoing issue. I am not an automotive technician but I am discerning and this type of work doesn't make sense when there is no warning light and nothing feeling differently about the drive; only noise. I have had every oil change, service and even purchased tires from this service department to maintain the care of this vehicle. I have been an extremely pleased customer but this has really left me questioning the decisions of the service department. I have always been so pleased with the courtesy drivers, sales team and usually the service department. But at the moment I feel like they don't have clear answers and their suggestions and suggested repairs seem unwarranted. I would rather see a service department trouble shoot, take time and network with other service departments before unnecessarily taking out tw
